Introducing e-Giving: A Simple Way for Your Members to Give from Anywhere
We’re thrilled to announce a new feature that makes generosity easier than ever inside your SocialGlow communities: e-Giving.
With e-Giving, you can add a Donate button directly to your group, allowing members to support the ministries, missions, or special funds of their choosing, right inside the same place where they already connect, learn, and grow together.
Give Right from Your Church’s App
Members can give without needing to visit another website. When they click Donate, they can choose:
- Which fund they’d like to give toward
- The amount of their gift
- Whether to make it a one-time or recurring donation
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment providers.
And here’s the best part:
SocialGlow doesn’t take a penny from your church’s donations.
Low payment processing fees still apply from Stripe - 2.2% + 30¢ per transaction (or 3.5% for American Express).
This ensures that your church keeps more of every gift, while still benefiting from industry-leading security and reliability.
Easy Management for Both Admins and Members
Admins can review all gifts, track recurring donations, and view past transactions anytime. Members also have full control to manage or edit their scheduled donations whenever they’d like.

New: “Give In Full”: So Your Ministry Gets the Full Gift
We’ve also added a new option called Give In Full, which lets generous members cover the transaction fees on their donations.
When this option is enabled, members will see a checkbox that says:
“Give In Full by Paying the Church’s Transaction Fees”
By checking this box, members ensure that your church receives 100% of the amount they intended to give - every dollar goes straight toward your ministry. It’s a small gesture that makes a big impact over time.
Already Using Another Giving Platform? No Problem.
If your church already uses an existing giving provider, you can simply redirect the Donate button to an external link. Members will click the same button and be taken straight to your giving page - simple, seamless, and familiar.
