Introducing: Post Watching

Post watching is designed to keep you in the loop and never miss out on exciting community interactions. It doesn’t matter whether you’ve interacted with a post or not, you can choose to always be notified when a member engages in any way, shape or form inside your group.

Massively Boost Engagement: By getting real-time notifications, you can respond quickly to community members' questions, address concerns, and provide timely feedback. Being responsive shows your dedication to nurturing an active community, which in turn encourages more engagement from your clients.
Strengthen Relationships: Promptly engaging with community members helps build trust, loyalty, and a sense of connection. You can stay connected and reply to messages even when you're on the move.
Simplify Moderation: Managing an online community can be challenging, especially when it comes to moderation. Interactive Notifications make it easier to spot potentially troublesome conversations or behavior. The best part? It is simple and intuitive to use.

There are two ways to activate Post Watching:

1. Click the “eye” icon on the top right of the post you want to stay on top of:

2. The other way is to click on the settings wheel right below the group name:

Click on “Notification Settings” at the very top, and then click on the “Watch New Posts Automatically” slider.

‍

This feature is not only available to group admins, it’s also available to group members. So now they can also choose to stay on top of all the engagement that is being generated inside the group but just clicking on the settings wheel below the group name.

With this, they will be able to watch new posts automatically, manage their SMS notifications, email notifications and push notifications.

But wait, there’s more!

As admins and moderators, you can choose to tag all your group members by simply writing “@all” when you’re posting new content. This will let you share important information, news, content or ideas that require immediate attention.
