Member levels are basically a virtual achievement system, designed to recognize and reward group members for their active participation and contributions. 

‍

Each user starts at Level 1, and as they interact with the platform, their activity and engagement contribute to their progress towards higher levels. The more users engage, the faster they climb the ladder, unlocking exciting perks and unlocking new opportunities.

‍

Benefits and Perks:

This is where the fun begins, as the owner of your group and your community, you have complete control over what types of perks you want to assign to each level. Here are some ideas:

‍

Increased Access: Members with higher levels may have priority access to you, so they will get their questions answered quicker or be more likely to receive an answer.

‍

Exclusive Mentorship: Members may be able to get unique 1:1 coaching experiences with you when they reach a certain level. 

‍

Awesome Merch: Members may be eligible to receive merch like t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc. that are one-of-a-kind

The introduction of user levels not only creates competition among members but also motivates them to engage and grow within the platform. Here's how:

Gamification: This taps into members' innate desire for achievement and progression. Members are encouraged to actively participate, engage with content, and explore new features to advance their level.

‍

Goal-Oriented Engagement: This gives members clear goals and milestones to strive for, creating a sense of purpose and direction. As they progress through the levels, they set their sights on achieving the next milestone, driving ongoing engagement and interaction within the community.

Collaboration and Mentorship: Higher-level members often act as guides and mentors for newcomers, sharing their expertise and insights. This amazing relationship promotes a sense of camaraderie and encourages growth.

Here’s how you can activate levels for your group:

Step 1:  Select the group and click on the settings.

‍

Step 2:  Select “Step 3 - Gamification”

‍

Step 3: Turn on “Enable Levels”

‍

Step 4: That’s it! Here you can decide how many levels you want to have, how many points members need to get to achieve those levels, and you can even modify the budges to fit your style and brand!

‍

Now, you can identify what level you and each of your members have reached by a badge and number on the bottom right of their profile picture.

‍

‍

Now all your members will be able to compete to get to the highest level and earn some of those amazing rewards & benefits!
